Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is HeaLED Pets.
2. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older.
3. Employees of HeaLED Pets and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
4. To enter the competition, entrants must complete the survey form provided by HeaLED Pets and submit their details as required.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. The competition will run from 00:00 Monday 3rd March 2023 to 23:59 Sunday 2nd April 2023.
7. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
8. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the competition closing date.
9. The winner must respond to the email notification within 5 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner selected.
10. The prize is one HeaLED Coat which can either be large or small depending on the winner’s preference. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
11. The prize includes UK shipping to the winner's address, but any additional taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
12. By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive promotional communications from HeaLED Pets.
13. HeaLED Pets reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
14. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
