Our wraps and coats are adjustable with Velcro and easy to attach. For small pets (i.e. rabbits, cats, small dog breeds), choose Small and for medium to large dogs, choose the Large option.

Absolutely. Light therapy is a safe and beneficial treatment either as a stand-alone therapy or in conjunction with other treatments like supplements, hydrotherapy and physiotherapy. If your pet is currently on medication, we recommend consulting with your vet before incorporating light therapy into their treatment plan.

For acute injuries and arthritis flare ups, use up to 3x per day. Our products can also be used once per day for reducing stiffness and other general conditions and on multiple areas of the pet in one sitting. Our devices are designed with your convenience and safety in mind. They are timed to automatically turn off after 10 minutes, ensuring the perfect treatment time for your pet.

Yes - If your pet has long or dense fur then simply lengthen the treatment time to 20 minutes per session.

Medication: Please do not discontinue any medication but check with your vet to ensure the medication does not cause light sensitivity. HeaLED® is a complementary treatment, assisting and stimulating cells to speed up the healing processes and relieve pain.

Epilepsy: If your pet suffers from Epilepsy, do not use this device.

Cancer: Light therapy does not cure or cause cancer. Do not use light therapy on any cancer or suspected cancerous mass. HeaLED® light therapy cannot cause cancer as it is red and near-infrared, which is at the opposite end of the light spectrum to harmful ultraviolet (UV) light.

Pregnant: Do not use if your pet is pregnant.

Eye Protection: No eye protection is needed, but as the light is very bright, do not look directly into the emitted light.

HeaLED is rechargeable and portable once charged. All of our products come with a suitable USB charging cable.

HeaLED can be used almost anywhere on your pet's body as it is gentle and non-invasive. Do not use directly over the eyes as the Red LEDs are very bright.

Please consult your vet if your pet has any cancerous lumps, epilepsy or is pregnant and as a precaution discontinue use.

Red and Infra-red light at these wavelengths do not emit heat so your pet will not usually experience any discomfort, instead it can feel therapeutic and relaxing.

It can be used near bandages to help healing, but light will not penetrate through them. Beware not to add pressure to the wound, hold the light near the area and use up to 3 times per day.

Tens uses electrical stimulation to block pain receptors, but does not directly aid healing, whereas light therapy improves and speeds up all aspects of the healing process.

Refund Policy:You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
