If you believe your healed LED wrap is faulty please check the following before proceeding:

1. Make sure the 'ON' button is held down for a few seconds.
2. If your device appears to be not taking charge, please try using more than one power source.
3. Make sure your device is fully charged and detached from the charging cable. It will not work if still attached and plugged into the mains.

Please Note: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
